Each candle and melts are hand poured in small batches to ensure a consistent burn and a smooth finish. When choosing to buy from Wick Off Candles, you are supporting a small business with big dreams!

I made a conscies choice to use a wood burning wick for my candles, as they are made from recycled materail and better for the environment. They also crackle and smell just like a wood burning fire would, and who doesn't want that!!

- 4oz candles burn for approximetely 12 -16hrs

- Each Melts will release fragrance for approximetely 15hrs each

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be shipped, and 7 -10 days afterwards for deliver depending upon where you live in Canada. Up to 3 - 4 weeks for international shipping.

If available in your area deliveries will ne done on Sundays and Mondays, time to be determined.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchange details

If your item is damaged or not as described please contact me. In the event of damage, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be made upon return of the damaged item.

Refunds or exchanges will be given within 14 days if returned in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
